1. Hi, I'm Jonny... originally from London and currently based in Bali.

2. Right now, the idea of sharing the first 10 episodes of my podcast with the world feels both immensely exciting and slightly intimidating, as does the idea of taking on a big new project in the form of the 'How to Human' book idea. The question that ties some of these threads together is how can we nudge humans to take their curiosity more seriously?

1. Hi Jonny ! I'm Claire, I grew up in France for the first 25 years moved a bit from Paris to the East and then to the West to finally dip in the South. Then spent 2 years in UK and now, just settling down in Germany.

2. We both had some good times in Nepal so you know that OF COURSE there're questions and life transition at the moment. And that's part of the exciting/scary time I'm leaving. I'm moving in Germany so that's a big transition, to live with a man that I love deeply and with whom I have an open relationship for a year - >lots of questions and I'm building a vision for how I want to work as a holistic midwife (whatever I will put in those words). Plus digging in deep fears and doubts. Everything is super exciting, I've never never been so clear, confident and I know it's thanks to my conscious choices. It's also super scary cause the path to authencity needs vulnerability and well...that's not easy!

1. Hi, I'm Ben... UK based but a spent a lot of life roaming this wondrous planet.

2.

Scared of...'the business as usual' mindset that so much of society seem to be stuck in. I'm sometimes scared about the fragility of life, I have regular dreams about awful things happening to my kids. Also, the speed of time! I want to slow it down but with 3 young kids and twice as many projects it seems to keep on accelerating...

Excited about...the momentum in startups and bigger business to focus on solving social & environmental problems + all the projects I'm working on as usual.

Working on a new community/school to help people concerned about our environmental crises get clarity around the facts & solutions > earthmakers.co

Testing a little project for those that want to shop more responsibly > thebshop.org

Question on mind: How to double our family income in next 12 months to increase financial security without compromising on our values?

Thank you Jonny!

1) Hi! I'm David. I just moved to North Carolina here in the states (after living in Denver for over 20 years).

2) Scared? The general stability of my freelance business. Excited? That I might be on the verge of pushing out something great. I am currently transitioning from being solely a copywriter and framing my offerings in more of a "Freelance Creative Director" capacity.

Hey curious humans!

1. I'm Rik, originally from UK (Cambridge/Brighton/Bristol) and now call Portugal home. Spent the past 3 years travelling & exploring different ways to live, work and play.

2. I'm currently most excited/scared about creating my dream coliving space in a natural park near Lisbon. I'm enjoying the steep learning curve and accepting the many challenges but worried about my partners wellbeing. Struggling with the overwhelming number of decisions and our inexperience. The question driving it all: How can we connect better. With ourselves, with others and with nature.

1. Hi Jonny. I'm Jay - My value buzzwords are Genorosity, Adventure (inner and outer worlds), Empathy, Learning, and Community & Connection. I was born in South Africa and spent my formative years between here and the UK. I've had the pleasure of living in many of our worlds beautiful countries and might even consider myself a serial asimylator.

2. I'm currently most scared about my career progression being on hold whilst I navigate Immigration. On the flip side, I'm most excited about letting my curiosity run wild as I begin to reconnect with my inner desires and dreams of working with animals and working with wood. A welcome transition from the tech world.

1. Hey Jonny, I'm Scott. I was born in Barcelona to a German mother and a Scottish father. I spent my childhood in the UK, lived overseas (Germany, Australia, Indonesia) for a decade, and now live back in the UK, in Brighton. I have been married to Karla (Canadian) for 15 years, and we are parents to Marshall (8 years old).

2. What I'm most excited about right now in my life is how present I am within all aspects of it. I'm really showing up in my personal and professional life, holding true to my values, and noticing the positive experiences that flow from that way of being in the world.

From a projects point of view, I am excited about how many different opportunities are coming my way of late, and I'm working out what to move forward with, what to park temporarily, and what to let go of. Exciting times!
